Team Biographies

Keran Huang, Vice-President : Hi I’m Keran, class of 2020, majoring in Mathematics and Economics. I joined Investment Society in sophomore year as the treasurer and now serve as the events chair. My previous internships include economic consulting and statistics research. I enjoy karaoke, cooking, and journaling.

I joined ISOC because I wanted to broaden my knowledge of the financial market and the finance industry through events such as firm visits, coffee chats with professionals, and student panels. I appreciate the welcoming environment of ISOC where everyone is eager to help each other learn and grow.

Katherine Guo: I’m Katherine, class of 2022. I major in Economics and minor in Computer Science. I’m the treasurer of the Investment Society. I joined ISOC my first year and participated in many firm visits and activities. I have worked in investment management and I will be working in Global Markets next summer. I like dancing and photography.

Lucy Wang, Communications Chair: Hi I’m Lucy, class of 2023 and I’m from Toronto, Canada. I’m one of the Communications Chairs and I author the markets and commodities sections in the weekly ISOC newsletter. I plan to major in Economics and potentially do a minor in Statistics. I love travelling, snowboarding and exploring new cafes.

Gaby Lichucki: Communications Chair: Hello I’m Gaby Lichucki, class of 2022, majoring in Economics and Cognitive Linguistic Sciences. I joined the Investment Society in my sophomore year and I am a communications chair. I have interned for a non-profit concerned with fostering a vibrant local business community, and I enjoy writing for ISOC to continue to immerse myself in business news. I enjoy food blogging, running, and making Spotify playlists.
